In a highly competitive space, we've really distinguished ourselves by the way our solution was built, and it's something I'm proud of. I love being apart of a global workforce, trading ideas in Tokyo and Oslo-- working to unify and share best practices. We are a quirky but truly smart group of people looking to solve complex problems for our customers, and both put a smile on my face at Cxense.

We're aligning now on our messaging and vision now, after being founded 7 years ago, which, due to acquisition and pivoting product focus, has made it a challenge to join Cxense and understand exactly not only the "what" for the company, but the "why". Additionally, being global means that some processes that work in the US don't work elsewhere, which can lead to duplication of efforts and inefficiencies. Eager to see us align and get on the same page, especially as we expand this year.
