Pros
THE PEOPLE!!! I am the type of person who doesn't care what my job is, I care more about the people I work for and with. No company is perfect, but I believe this is a great place to work because they CARE about their people, and their overall impact on the world! It is so hard to find a workplace, leadership team, and co-workers who care. That is what makes the difference for me.
I do not plan on leaving anytime in the foreseeable future! This is my second home.
Cons
Pay is not top dollar, but I have chased money before and was disappointed in my quality of life.
