Co-workers had a lot of talents and taught me many things. There were bonuses when project deadlines were meet.

Work loads became overwhelming for many machinist. The company went from 5 million to 20 million dollars but bonuses stayed stagnant. And medical benefits went from bad to worse. The company became more worried about budget cuts and profit margins which took a toll on morale.
