      Love it there but things started changing.

      Pros

      Co-workers had a lot of talents and taught me many things. There were bonuses when project deadlines were meet.

      Cons

      Work loads became overwhelming for many machinist. The company went from 5 million to 20 million dollars but bonuses stayed stagnant. And medical benefits went from bad to worse. The company became more worried about budget cuts and profit margins which took a toll on morale.

      Pros

      Lots of great people and a good culture, good benefits + company wide bonuses, monthly lunches + multiple events per year, and flexible hours. Recent leadership changes have been very positive.

      Cons

      Every company has cons but Custom Microwave is proactively working to improve in all areas. Many past issues have been resolved or are being resolved. Nothing worth complaining about here.
