      Management doesn't care for your well-being. Too many employees on the payroll and not enough shifts. They know you can be replaced on a whim. some of the managers and supervisors are downright mean.

      Management have no idea how to do their jobs. Every decision is revenue focused and does not take into consideration staff or guests needs Staff turnover is crazy, the people who are left are just too comfy, and are used to the mess
