Staff Food is horrible! Highest turnover, constant stress, unnecessary political plays among colleagues, unfair internal promotions, least qualified, inexperienced gets the promotion and for that you need to lick the boots of you bosses and do the wrongs to please them and throw your colleagues under the bus to prove your commitment. Donot go there if you’re hardworking and honest person, only sly and boot lickers will getaway with promotions. No work life balance, your hard work is useless if you don’t have a manager as your back up to guarantee your future, they fire people with no hearts who are deserving and qualified to make positions for their minions, HR are not really informed of small departments decisions making, the group of people will make the decision like HR, if you only spend more time with colleagues after work and do what they say, your future is secure, if you’re a family person, don’t expect promotions. Boot lickers are pre selected. Most toxic hotel reception team I have experienced in my 20 years of service. Finally I got what I deserved after I left. They don’t care when your leave, they hire new people and don’t even bother asking why you leave. Donot commit your life to crown! Some managers look for receptionist to be their personal assistant to throw people under the bus, get thier cofee, party after work and not have a life on their own. If you’re not part of them, expect to get fired like my manager did and expect no healthy work life , very immature , illiterate and lowlife people works there as your bosses
