The list of cons is long. Read on - 1. The India MD lack’s true leadership qualities. He has introduced an internal hierarchy involving multiple unnecessary levels (almost 16 levels between an analyst and manager role). There is no explanation or documented policy about what are the requirements for each level. On being questioned about the new hierarchy, employees are told by the MD to leave the organisation and move on. 2. An employee will easily realise after completing 2-3 years with the Company that their growth is stunned because of the extensive hierarchy. People having professional degrees are also expected to go through these levels. 3. The India FSSC does not have a clear and transparent process for appraisals and promotions. People who are good at buttering the MD and the team leaders are the only ones who benefit out of this process. 4. No encouragement or support for learning or taking additional professional courses.
