      Salary is excellent for the normal in the country. New members get to pass trough the academy and learn a lot.

      The offices are small, but there is a work form home policy.

      They pay above average. Some people are really helpful

      Cons

      Micromanagemenet is heavy, there is no working hours concept ( you can work at 21:00 and if you dont answer call directly at evenning, they will criticise you ) They dont care people psychology, Burnout inevitable.
