      The company lacks: - structure - processes - maturity - transparency Unable to have good work life balance as they micromanage with no other option. Do not recommend at all.

      -> With international Performance Challenges and quality demanding standards we learn and improve cross boundaries technical skills every day -> Talent is far away above average. -> Very clear Career Path with easy and simple understanding on how to get promoted -> Big effort and dedication from HR to ensure Salaries are fairly aligned with the Career Path. -> Company DNA very well stated in terms of Values (Integrity,Sustainability, communication and transparency...) and Principles (Crosser/Joiner) -> Vision and Strategy aligned among all to leverage to self-managed organisation. No hierarchies, flat organisation managed by leadership.
