Decent job if you actually want to work. - Back of House Crispers Employee Review

Pros

It's a decent job if you're a college student looking for somewhere with a flexible schedule. Easy to request time off, though hard to get time off if you happen to be one of only a few people trained on your station. Easy to close at night, since they aren't open super late.

Cons

High turn-over on some stations, so even though they want you to learn 3 stations within 90 days of working there, you might get stuck on the same station for a long time. Lots of worries about labor, so your managers will rush you a ton so they can get you off the clock. Only a yearly evaluation, with a small raise based off of the score you go on your eval. The max raise is 50 cents, but that is only if you get a perfect score.

Pros

Tasty food, based in a plaza

Cons

Managers were continuously unprofessional and rude, immature and set poor examples to their teenage staff that showed up. Played favorites and only promoted those they liked.
