Pros

We don't stay open late, no grills or grease of any kind, & there are usually really good guests that eat with us.

Cons

50+ hrs a week, pay is still not equal among stores (mgmt), corp can't seem to figure out what is happening with the menu, mgmt bombarded by continually cutting labor & that will hurt service. *Maybe if we close an hour earlier?* Advancement is low, some mgmt in place that should not be GM's, Senior mgmt turns a blind eye to store level issues. Crispers is the least professional place I've ever worked. There are a few really good managers there but that's not enough for this company.

Pros

Discounts friendly managers that was about it unfortunately that's the best part of this job which is sad to say

Cons

Pay point blank period for all the work you do it should be a 10.00 a hour job not near minimum wage

Pros

Food is good, restaurants are clean, and closed on most major holidays. Stores close early and are easy to close.

Cons

In the past, hard work was rewarded. Now there is an expectation for hard work, and there is little if any reward. The bonus structure is laughable and the management salaries are below the industry average.
