Good people in the non-manager ranks... Many with skills but these skills are utterly wasted in this company that caters to subprime borrowers.
Cons
The upper management (specifically sr manager, director, and vp) are so incredibly incompetent it's incredible. No process controls. Disregard for any career advancement or training. They will fess upto bring ignorant and total xxxxx then continue the same behaviors.
