DON'T GO FOR IT - Business Analyst Credence Analytics Employee Review

1- No proper training. 2-0% input from their side they want 200% output that too with 100% accuracy and if you are doing some kind of work for the first time, if u made a single mistake then u have to listen a lot from ur senior 3- No proper management in company 4-No salary hike 5-No HR Policy 6- Finance Sucks. I got my salary 15 days late even if after I resign company owes me some money that they did not clear my conveyance. 7- Mental stress 8-I RECOMMEND THAT YOU SHOULD GO FOR ANOTHER COMPANY INSTEAD JOINING CREDENCE. 9-No extra pay for late night or weekend working 10- If you get into credence then you must forget to enjoy your life.
