Did not find a single reason to stay .. NO PROS.....

Cons

1- No proper training. 2-0% input from their side they want 200% output that too with 100% accuracy and if you are doing some kind of work for the first time, if u made a single mistake then u have to listen a lot from ur senior 3- No proper management in company 4-No salary hike 5-No HR Policy 6- Finance Sucks. I got my salary 15 days late even if after I resign company owes me some money that they did not clear my conveyance. 7- Mental stress 8-I RECOMMEND THAT YOU SHOULD GO FOR ANOTHER COMPANY INSTEAD JOINING CREDENCE. 9-No extra pay for late night or weekend working 10- If you get into credence then you must forget to enjoy your life. Life sucks at credence

Vast pool of Financial and Technical Knowledge. People are very supportive. All the teams and team leads are very friendly and approachable. Except one Fun to work environment. Caring people around Best team to work is implementation specially Ujjwal team.

Cons

Working hours get too stretched. Politics increasing due to negative people. Non competitive salary.

Flexible timings. Good learning exposure. Onsite oppurtubities.

Cons

I wish I could have given a good rating to the company.. but management doesn't want this.. Their management is good.. So good that they all have managers.. No leaders at all.. Finance department is very friendly on induction day.. (I mean only on Induction day..) People don't pool each others leg there.. ( They are busy in pooling each others chair.. when they stand for something..) Bad infrastructure... Infosys started just 4 years before the credence... But we all know where the infosys is today.. Growth is very slow..
