Pros
This list isn't exhaustive, as it would take too long to write all the pros down, but here are some of my highlights:
· Positive and endearing work culture - the well-being of employees and clients is at the forefront of every decision made. Transparency, honesty, and kindness are paramount to CF, which is incredibly rare for a company these days!
· Work in a 'feel good' industry - CF is currently divided into two divisions, Award Force & Good Grants. I'm lucky enough to be able to assist clients in providing awards and grants to deserving individuals and winners, which means my work has real meaning and a human connection, making going to work every day easy and rewarding!
· Amazing benefits package - I won't be able to go into everything in detail, but between competitive salaries, 'regular' wage increases, generous time-off policies, a true WFH/Remote workplace that understands life happens, and the encouragement of seeking to always improve through courses/learning, CF is a one-of-a-kind workplace!
· 'Kaizen' mentality - CF isn't content with keeping the status quo and seeks to always improve. They ask for employee feedback/ ideas and will never shut anyone down. This is truly a workplace for those who have always wanted to suggest ways of improving, but have never felt comfortable enough with their company/management to do so!
Cons
As unbelievable as it sounds, I have yet to find any major cons with the company! Everyone is incredibly welcoming and open. This is my long-term career happy place!
