Relatively flat organisation with ample room to learn and relatively sufficient trust to independently execute.
Cons
Hyper focus on quarterly performance, margins and performance leading to escalation of commitment to strategies that change frequently depending on outcome of last quarterly P&L review. Strategies and decision making far removed from operational realities and in management silos. A place where P&L mitigation is doubling down on numbers and raising the bar in the next quarter. Very top down leadership for a relatively flat organisation.
