Pros

Lot's of exposure to a variety of positions in the industry. Generally very good long time sales staff experience on the commercial side anyway. Good size employer and well known in the community.

Cons

Poor work life balance is a chronic problem that plagues this company. I guarantee you will hear countless promises from management committing to fixing all of these problems, but they're all insincere to the core. This company burns through employees and doesn't think twice about it. The most crushing part is when they publicly talk about how great their sales numbers are year over year but departments are stagnant in growth. If you get lucky enough to have a decent work load to start, enjoy it because after a couple years you'll likely be on sick leave from your workload.

Pros

Decent starting place in the industry. If you have an interest in something specific most managers will encourage you to progress and learn. Very good training program. Friendly peers.

Cons

Low pay for industry standard. Out of touch executive leadership. Abysmal behavior from human resources. Lack of diversity. Expensive benefits despite being a facilitator of group health insurance benefits. Nepotism in the workplace.
