Pros
Could not find any expect the compensation (may be to attract unsuspecting people). They offer you good money so that even you mess up your career you keep quite. Work location was convenient (for me at least) but not the infrastructure.
Cons
opportunistic & unprofessional management who treats employees horribly. Of Course except the management cronies. Highly volatile work environment ; be prepared to be shouted at even if you work hard. no job security what so ever; if they feel that you are not of their kind who keeps mum on every thing your job in on the line they lure you with onsite ; it will take some time before you realise that you are cheated.
