      Horrible Company! Err.. Body Shop!

      Pros

      I got to work on latest technologies in Java only because I had a good Technical Architect to guide me. He also acted as my Project Manager.

      Cons

      Horrible Body Shopping Company. - Prefers its employees to work in other Client companies and bring in revenue. - No proper planning for company growth. - Random selection of projects. - No customers. - No work culture. - Horrible higher management. - People are scared to work due to uncertainty of their career. You never know what you'll start working on next. - Low performing employees were fired. This brought in more fear in other employees even though they were assured blindly.

      Pros

      Could not find any expect the compensation (may be to attract unsuspecting people). They offer you good money so that even you mess up your career you keep quite. Work location was convenient (for me at least) but not the infrastructure.

      Cons

      opportunistic & unprofessional management who treats employees horribly. Of Course except the management cronies. Highly volatile work environment ; be prepared to be shouted at even if you work hard. no job security what so ever; if they feel that you are not of their kind who keeps mum on every thing your job in on the line they lure you with onsite ; it will take some time before you realise that you are cheated.

      Better Salary, Good place to listen imaginary talks. Full of Lie, no growth plan

      Cons

      No Vision, No hike, no appraisal, no ethics. family business run by husbands & wives. Grown to 75 people in last 9 years, only body shoping. Always changing own decisions. No stand.... Work on Hire & Fire policy. No policy, process only Money......
