I have been an employee of Country Club Bank for almost 4 years. I started as a teller and have had so many opportunities to grow with this company. I love working for a company that appreciates their employees and helps them reach their goals and promotes within!
Cons
Although the opportunity for advancement is great it does create a heavy turnaround on the teller line.
