      Family-owned, full-service financial institution that truly cares about and appreciates its associates and offers various perks and incentives throughout the year.

      Cons

      Health plan is more expensive that bigger companies, but that's to be expected.

      Pros

      I have been an employee of Country Club Bank for almost 4 years. I started as a teller and have had so many opportunities to grow with this company. I love working for a company that appreciates their employees and helps them reach their goals and promotes within!

      Cons

      Although the opportunity for advancement is great it does create a heavy turnaround on the teller line.
