      Pros

      None there are flaws in every department

      Cons

      Poor time management , Ship prep will say order will be ready at a certain time of the day then when we would go prepare it to ship paint is still wet . No communication from project managers down to shipping on when orders need to be shipped by .. everything is a rush . Shipping isn’t allowed to schedule hot shots to get orders to customers in time because PMs don’t work out details to get correct shipping instructions.. overall this place has no accountability.. if you been around for a while your in the clear but if not you are just a call away from being let go..

      The company has an amazing Leadership Team and President that truly care about the employees. The employees are great as well.

      Pros

      There are many hard-working employees there with whom I enjoyed getting to know.

      Cons

      Management at Cor-Pro start out as friendly and supportive but it turns out to be all talk. The owner is loyal to only a few people at the company and that is a detriment to all of the other employees. Upper management has a "holier than thou" attitude which causes a divide among all employees. Also, there are a lot of inter-relationships that are tolerated by management which again is a problem for the regular employees.
