Pros
I was an admin assistant for one year. Worked at main building. The people were really nice to work with. Sometimes the leadership had an arrogance to them, but the tenured administrative assistants were all very fun and inclusive.
Cons
One director was very rude to the administrative assistants and happened to be one of the two I reported to. She has a history of losing her admins due to her poor communication skills and unreasonable demands. The leadership didn't want to handle her so they let her get away with it. That was my only complaint.
