School district and policies are run by the parents, not the admin. Admin will not back up their teachers for fear of parent retaliation. Teachers will turn on each other quick so they won't also be at risk. No room for creative or individual thinking, everything has to go the way the parents want it.

While most in district have been getting 2-3% raises while medical benefit costs rising, the superintendent has continually gotten at least 4% plus his medical is paid, his retirement is reimbursed, he gets another 5% for longevity, another amount to a 403B. And has never said, no, let me hold off on some of these since we cannot do the same for our other educators. Poor leadership. I’ve also never gone to admin building and it been uncomfortably hot. It is at campuses all the time.
