The majority of staff are friendly staff that collaborate and help each other. Compared to other districts it has substantial parent involvement. There are lot of opportunities for professional development.
Cons
There is no pull out program for reading intervention. First year teachers can feel overwhelmed with the various curriculum and procedures to learn.
