      Good people working there and happy hours

      Cons

      Your manager and the big boss decides everything, so you are designing just for their taste and it has nothing with current Ux oUI understanding. A lot of "argent" projects, this is kind of bad planning and too strict deadlines

      1. Very stable, you feel you can trust it to be your home for the long run. 2. Invest in employees development (on the job training, courses etc.). 3. Great benefits - 100% remote work, company events and trips, nice presents.

      Cons

      Nothing special. Some projects with tight schedule, but not different than other companies I know.
