Pros
Pretty good benefits for insurance. Profit sharing has gotten better. Does offer tuition assistance but it’s the bare minimum amount. Option for remote/hybrid work is nice for work/life balance.
Cons
Terrible pay for the industry. Also bad for the area as Bloomington has a weirdly high cost of living but Cook pays small town salaries. Small end of the year raises with no end of year bonuses. Bare minimum amount of paid holidays. Amount of PTO starting out is average, at best, and barely increases every year.
