Pros
Cook is a good medical device company with the right mindset and quality products. They want to do things the right way and recently are trying to turn things around internally since it was stuck in a time warp of small company mentality.
Cons
Very low pay compared to market. No sick leave or any other personal leaves. No work from home flexibility although they dont mind you doing extra work at home.
