We’ve had to make some difficult decisions over the past few years, including including organizational changes as we've merged companies, cultures, and products together into one platform. These were not taken lightly, and we recognize the impact they’ve had on teams, morale, and our employees day-to-day experience.
We also hear your point around compensation. We’d encourage you to speak with your manager to better understand how salary reviews and compensation decisions are approached, salary bands, and how this connects to your role and progression.
You also raise important points around leadership visibility, growth, and inclusion. We know these matter, and they’re areas we’re actively working on... particularly around making growth paths clearer and strengthening connection between leadership and teams.
