      Great work life balance, very flexible, lots of field trip and networking opportunities, ability to get internship extended

      Cons

      Was remote so if you don't take advantage of in person opportunities, it is hard to network.

      Very friendly people always willing to help. Benefits are decent with a focus on safety and health. Flexible in-office, 3 days a week. Lots of opportunities to make a difference!
