      Pros

      Co-workers are really nice to work with. CE will give you the tools far as computers and software to due your job.

      Cons

      I have had multiple managers state I will be promoted and have it in writing from them. Once it is time to come through on that process, they will back out. HR will support the manager, even the email will state you are being promoted and they sent the paper work to HR. You can work overtime and go above and beyond with little to no reward.

      Very friendly people always willing to help. Benefits are decent with a focus on safety and health. Flexible in-office, 3 days a week. Lots of opportunities to make a difference!

      There are some pockets of negativity from long-term employees who are struggling to adapt to change.
