Although it’s rare, everyone at Connective understands that under-performing can elicit a negative response and those emotions can be difficult. Our team considers themselves fortunate to be working alongside some truly great individuals, which, as you stated, is reflected in our extremely high retention rate. Connective truly wants to learn from constructive feedback, but using someone else’s terminal illness in an attempt to express one’s emotions isn’t kind. How would you feel if you were facing your own mortality, but then saw comments online that used your personal health experience in an attempt to make a point about a job? We hope that you can understand that we find this to be wildly inappropriate.
