Company adapted very easy in COVID-19 times - Anonymous employee ConcertoHealth Employee Review

The Company is going through many changes and I love change. It is true that it has gone through massive layoff but that is because companies buy small companies and unfortunately we lose those contracts and sadly our fantastic employees suffer the consequences. I am well aware that the future is uncertain but at this point I am very happy to be part of Concerto family as our new CEO is being very transparent towards how the company is doing and letting us know the bad and good news. We have the opportunity to work remotely which is great as many people in th United States are losing their jobs, Concerto is letting their employees work from home avoiding getting covid at the workplace. It is a pleasure working here and company is really trying to engage more with us our CIO is providing programs to constantly be motivated and healthy which shows how much they care for us.
