Excellent place to grow - Anonymous employee Conception Nurseries Employee Review

I've been here about a year. I've loved it since the beginning. I'm constantly being thanked for '"All I do." That in it self is something I've never experienced. The 'higher ups' are very involved in the day to day business and everyone has a "I'm not too big to take out the trash" type of attitude. Nothing but good things about Conception from me.

I'm sure there are cons; like with everything. I however, personally; have yet to locate any at this time.

Pay is good, several holidays off, flexible hours

Repetitive, high volume work. Located in not a great part of Sacramento.
