Cons
Stress, High volume phone calls, with expectation to perform while searching for own list/research. Pressure starts after core, each quarter your targets increase. Pretty normal in a sales position, what is failed to be mentioned is the high turnover rate which effects your Quarterly Targets. If someone leaves or is let go, their target gets shared between your team members.
