      Pros

      Recruiters are nice and get back to you quickly, pay is better than other companies, and they pay your stipends over breaks

      Cons

      wish you got the full stipend for breaks as some of them are long (2 weeks) but not long enough to work another job

      Easy payments, fast scheduling, great contact person Heather, no fuss locums scheduling

      Cons

      Spam messaging sometimes, sometimes lower end money offers

      Pros

      Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

      Cons

      Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
