      Pros

      Few people, except for the management and holidays on Saturdays.

      Cons

      It's a suffocating place with zero scope for growth and the management is tyrannical that rules over every aspect of the process. Furthermore, it isn't an advertising agency from any angle and nobody can ever make a career out of FB posts, so please think hundred times before you join.

      We want every employee to be honest with their work. The expectations are set right from the time of joining and at every regular intervals. The process of sharing performance feedback is regular, transparent and the growth is directly related to it. If the output is as expected than there's no looking back.

      I have been working at Communication Crafts for last 3 years. I found the place pretty live and energetic. Overall, I found Communication Crafts the best Digital Marketing Agency I’ve ever worked with!

      Fresh and active ambiance, good employee treatment, good culture, good behavior from TLs, Heads, Senior Management and HR
