      2 year ago, CC was Recommenced agency.

      when i have joined 2 year ago, all things were different, then some things came to know that " Rules are not same for all, TL can come late, not you, they can sleep as like no one is watching him/her, but you gets all the time workload. TL rules like they orders and them-self enjoys, TL can do time adjustment because HR team have close relation. these things are happens there, they plays more politics than modi, LOL, can't work here.

      Pros

      Few people, except for the management and holidays on Saturdays.

      Cons

      It's a suffocating place with zero scope for growth and the management is tyrannical that rules over every aspect of the process. Furthermore, it isn't an advertising agency from any angle and nobody can ever make a career out of FB posts, so please think hundred times before you join.

      We want every employee to be honest with their work. The expectations are set right from the time of joining and at every regular intervals. The process of sharing performance feedback is regular, transparent and the growth is directly related to it. If the output is as expected than there's no looking back.
