Pros

The company has a great training program for the sales team and co-workers were nice.

Cons

Hiring managers seem very disconnected and the turnover rate is pretty high. Management seems nonexistent in the office and if you ask for help or additional training, good luck. Employees are also asked every so often to write positive reviews on sites like this to push down the real reviews, which I found alarming and unethical so keep scrolling to get the full idea of the company itself and what others have REALLY experienced. The business model seemed very outdated and behind compared to other insurance companies, very "old-school".

Thank you for taking the time to review Combined Insurance. We have an excellent in-house training program designed to give our new agents the best chance for success in the field. It’s true that sales is not for everyone, but this is a great opportunity for those who have the drive, attitude, and skills necessary for success. Our agents have a virtually unlimited income potential based on the volume of their sales. We suggested to our successful, happy agents that they share their experience on this site so that potential employees could get a well-rounded view of what it’s like to work at Combined Insurance and what it takes to succeed. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors!
