A lot of remote workers, sometimes make it a little hard to get to know your peers.

ComTec is a fast paced company with lots of opportunity for people who work hard to take advantage of advancements. There is a lot transparency from leadership, which makes it easy for the folks who work hard to know what the goals are.

Most Managers are responsible for more than just their team so there isn’t always a ton of time for guidance. You have to be a driven person who can self manage a lot and know when to ask for help. You will get the help, but you have to ask for it. Someone who expects to have everything laid out for them would not do well here.
