      Pros

      Pay was very good. Good people.

      Cons

      Company expects one person to do the work of 4 people. Plus unrealistic when it comes to time frame when getting work performed.

      A great starter position to learn alot about the Technology World

      The ability to work from home and sometimes you would be able to recieve free tickets to sporting events.

      Cons

      The office smells as they have a septic system that is pretty out dated. Their salaries are pretty low.

      When the owner Mike is in a good mood things are fine. When things get slow or they have a bad month you will be let go.

      Cons

      Very high turnover in employees. I have never seen this before in any company. Salespeople are on a revolving door here.
