      I am working for Digital Factory India department. - Ownership in India. Majority of the engineering team is based in India. - Challenging work. Regular feature releases for Xtra app. - Easy to approachable management team. Regular connects. - No politics in the team. - Democratic culture. You can express your feelings openly. - Internal career growth opportunities. - Intiatives like Hackathon is very good.

      Cons

      - Conservative mindset on cost. You have to do project celebrations within the assigned yearly budget. Any onsite travel request will be challenged left and right. - Compensation is just OK.
