Management truly wants you to succeed as a person. If you express a desire to grow in one aspect or another, they will assign more responsibility in that area to give you experience. Lots of feedback is available, even when you don't expressly ask for it. Co-workers are great. Rewards/Recognition is available from management. Plenty of team-building events.
Cons
Job title offered is misleading; there are many different responsibilities you are expected to accomplish every day that are not necessarily implied or stated in job posting. Workload can sometimes feel overwhelming.
