Pros

Management truly wants you to succeed as a person. If you express a desire to grow in one aspect or another, they will assign more responsibility in that area to give you experience. Lots of feedback is available, even when you don't expressly ask for it. Co-workers are great. Rewards/Recognition is available from management. Plenty of team-building events.

Cons

Job title offered is misleading; there are many different responsibilities you are expected to accomplish every day that are not necessarily implied or stated in job posting. Workload can sometimes feel overwhelming.

Our company is not always the right fit for some people. We have a fast moving environment and new employees have a lot to learn. However, the company accepts feedback and wants to continually improve the training of employees to make sure each person can succeed in their role.

As the CEO and owner I feel CMD is a great company for the right people who want to make a difference and are willing to make mistakes, and admit when they do. I do everything I can to make each employees days better. I make mistakes and I learn everyday for the past 16 years to do what I can to be a better person and CEO.

Cons

If you are allergic to putting in a good days work, CMD is not the place for you. :-) We have fun, but we also expect results each day.
