Commission plans flat out don't make sense. Growth is limited within the org.

One of the standout things about working here is the flexible time off policy. The company truly lives by its “Work Flexibly with Accountability” value, which means I can take time off to enjoy moments with my family without feeling guilty or stressed about it. It’s refreshing to work in a place that understands the importance of work-life balance. It is also a remote position, which is beneficial. Another big pro is the emphasis on career growth. Leadership really makes an effort to promote from within whenever possible, which creates a sense of opportunity and motivation for those looking to grow their careers. We’re also offered a generous wellness benefit of $350 annually, which I really appreciate—it shows the company cares about our health and well-being beyond just the basics.

Since I’ve been with the company, there have been a couple of reductions in workforce due to financial challenges, which understandably caused a lot of concern among employees. While a severance package was offered during the most recent round, the timing—between Thanksgiving and Christmas—was particularly difficult for many affected. There have also been some quiet rollbacks of employee benefits. For example, the company previously offered free access to Udemy Business for professional development, but that was removed without any formal communication. Additionally, they used to provide a $100 monthly contribution toward student loan repayment, which is no longer available.
