      I wish I had something to share in pros as per my experience.

      Cons

      The entire process is tailored to bind you with them, there is not one but of ethics in the HRs. if you have any queries no one is there to answer. They will confuse you with there process in order to bind you with them.

      Pros

      - AAM program for college graduates looking to get into tech sales. - Kind CEO. - President's Club.

      Cons

      - Pay: They only value select people to actually earn what they deserve. - Leadership: Changes so frequently. - Severance: I was let go with no reason, no severance, no heads up, no conversation after 4 years of employment and working tirelessly every day to support our always-changing team. - VMO Position: No path forward. No where to "move up" in your career; and when you ask, all conversations are declined. - HR: Just ok. Not responsive when you actually need to speak, but when you do, normally very nice.
