      Pros

      Thank heavens they have unionized! I hope that is working out well for the workers getting what they rightfully deserve on the job.

      Cons

      Truly will push the employees to squeeze the maximum amount of labor for the minimum costs. I could sense that kind of energy the minute I walked in for my training, the CEO watches without introducing herself. There is a “hustle” “burnout” mentality, which is honestly just sad.

      Pros

      Great work environment, breaks, lunches, and deep knowledgeable training in coffee. They also have a good coffee culture and overall good management.

      Cons

      Not the best in accommodation or sharing information when exposed to Covid or had Covid. This could be just based on location & not a reflection on the Company. In addition they dragged on negotiations w/ their Union.
