Corporate doesn't have it together nor seems to care. There is no incentive for good work ethic, so co-workers are often lazy. There is no discipline aside from "getting written up" which amounts to signing a piece of paper and that's it. Minimum wage is not an incentive. Poor hiring choices result in too much turnover. Good employees often carry the weight of lazy ones. Corporate spends their time doing who knows what instead of improving stores. They are never in their stores and hire "secret shoppers" to instill fear into employees, which doesn't do anyone any good. Owners need to be nicer, too. They never introduce themselves to new employees nor take the time to get to know their employees. They are arrogant and rude. The store managers are not given enough credit for having to deal with corporate.

The owners are horrendous managers, bordering on abusive. They never praise employees, yell at them for the slightest infraction or detail out of place, and mistrust them. At least this used to promote a high level of quality, but since they've focused on wholesaling many of the employees producing terrible drinks.
