      The work place here is good. The seniors are supportive and give you chance to try different new things. The company culture is very young so you dont hesitate to put your views as they have the same understanding level. You will get to learn many things.

      Cons

      No con as such its just aternate saturdays are working.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Management is quite supportive and always encourage team members to grow up in their careers and take up courses to improve and contributes to the company. A good organization if you need to polished yourself. Its productive and fun workplace.

      Cons

      On average salary but I think some benefits must be needed.
