Working in codebrew will make you start hating word 'Job'. Code Brew Labs a freelancer making company. Check there records who ever resigned there is doing freelancing. One or two parties are there in a year where only a single Rs 49 pizza is for a employee.

I worked in Code Brew Labs for more than a year. At the time of joining they told me that they give appraisal after every 6 months and environment is also very cool, there is no work pressure and all. But after 15 days of my joining I came to know that it's all fake. They need developers who could work 14-16 hours a day and even on weekends. They say that we provide atmosphere to learn but reality is they only want task completion asap whether employee learn or not from that, doesn't matter to them. No appraisals are given after 6 months. In the morning all teams will be called in conference room and even they will not be allowed to sit. In there standing position they ask about the target of the day and In the evening before leaving time again the teams are called and asked about the status of target, as they are studying in schools. They don't let the employee go home till the target is achieved. I worked there more than a year, got appraisal after 9 months that I was suppose to get after 6 months. I worked sincerely 12 hours a day. But I was not getting paid as per my skillset. So I searched for new Job and I got a new job at a good hike. I resigned in Code Brew Labs. HR of the Code Brew Labs company offered me for good salary. I refused there offer. After 10 days of my resignation the owners of company Aseem and Pargat called me in there cabin. They started abusing me and threating me that they will call bouncers and Police. They said if you won't work for codebrew then you'll not work for any other organisation also. They locked me in there cabin for more than 2 hours with there office boy. They got a legal document and forced me to sign on that. They said if I won't sign they will get me beaten from there bouncers and then will do Police case also.Mr. Pargat told that his father is in Police. He gonna manage everything for him. The document I was forced to sign was 'I am not allowed to do job in competitive company and I may not work with there any client or employee or ex-employee of codebrew. If I'll do job in other company or work with there employee then I'll have to pay Rs 10 Lakh to them'. Also They didn't gave my salary. They spoiled my career fully. They told that they emailed to hr of other companies also that I was not a good employee, So don't hire me. Recently I came to know that All Project Managers of the company resigned. and one more employee of the company resigned. Fake PPF deductions. Most of the good reviews that you are seeing on glassdoor or facebook are because hr requested employees to do this. Glassdoor doesn't allows negative ratings otherwise I gonna do that Thanks
